About Madison Taylor
We help businesses that took decades to build get ready for their next chapter. That might start with brand strategy, or a new website, or our integrated marketing services; search, social, paid media, and email that all work as one system.
Every client works directly with a senior strategist from the first call to the monthly report, to the quarterly business review.
What We Do
We build integrated marketing systems with brand strategy at the center. Each service below can stand alone, but they work hardest together.
Our Services
Brand Strategy and Identity
We define who you are, who you serve, and why you are different before anything gets designed. That covers positioning, messaging, tone of voice, logo and visual identity, and a brand guide your whole team can use. For businesses after an acquisition or a generational handover, this is often where the next chapter starts.
Website Strategy, Design, and Development
We plan, design, and build websites that make it immediately clear what you do and turn visitors into inquiries. Our in-house development team handles the build, CMS setup, tracking, and launch. We also keep sites secure and up to date through our website care plans.
SEO and AI Search
We make sure you show up when buyers search for the work you do, on Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT. That includes technical SEO, local search, content, and the structured information search engines and AI rely on.
Paid Media
We run Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns built around a funnel that has already been tested. Spend is tied to tracked leads and sales, not clicks and impressions.
Organic Social and Content
We plan and produce the content that keeps you in front of customers, recruits, and partners between buying cycles. That includes capturing photo and video content on site, managing your community, and responding to reviews so your reputation is looked after day to day. For many of our clients that means LinkedIn, leadership content, and project stories.
Email Marketing
We build newsletters and automated email sequences that stay in touch with prospects who are not ready to buy yet and customers who already have.
Tracking and Reporting
We set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tracking so you know which marketing activity produces leads and revenue. Every client gets a regular performance review with a strategist.
What Makes Us Different
Who We Work With
Owners and acquirers of established businesses. Same kind of business, different route to the top. We work with the founders and next-generation leaders of family-owned businesses, and with owners who bought a business through an SBA loan or self-funded search. Most are doing $3 million to $100 million a year in manufacturing, industrial, or traditional services. All of them have a strong reputation to protect and a business ready to grow beyond word of mouth.
The industries we know best:
- Manufacturing: steel, fabrication, components, and systems
- Industrial: supply, distribution, services, and infrastructure
- Traditional services: restoration, property, roofing, HVAC, and the trades
We also work with businesses outside these groups when the work fits how we operate, including nonprofits such as Crisis Text Line, a client since 2023.
Clients we have worked with include Sunward Steel, Intercontinental Bearing Supply Company (IBSCO), Renova One, Safe and Sound Roofing, Comfort Zone HVAC, Load One Transportation, Leafguard, ei6, Kong, Pioneer Capital, and PROX Search Capital.
The People Behind Madison Taylor
Our Story
Madison Taylor was founded in Denver in 2008 to take the frustration out of working with an agency, while staying accountable for performance. For more than 15 years it has built brands, websites, and marketing programs for businesses across Colorado and the US.
In 2024, Madison Taylor was acquired and Natalie Eagling became CEO. She began shaping the business around the clients we were already doing our best work for: family-owned and recently-acquired businesses with a legacy worth protecting and plenty of room to grow.
Leadership
Natalie Eagling, CEO
Natalie has spent more than 20 years in marketing, and previously helped to set up and run a performance agency inside a global publishing group. She has worked on the team behind several acquisitions and has run acquired agencies as an operator. She also grew up in her family’s business, so she knows both the pride and the pressure of a legacy.
What Happens When You Work With Us
You reach out
Book a call on our website or email hello@fridaycollective.co. Our CEO, Natalie, handles every new inquiry personally and replies within one business day.
Intro call
A short conversation about your business, where it is heading, and what is getting in the way. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you somewhere better.
Discovery
A one-hour session with a senior strategist to dig into your business across five areas: your story, being found, building trust, closing deals, and knowing what works.
Your growth roadmap
We spend time on your business before we propose anything, then deliver an in-depth strategy: integrated recommendations, a competitor analysis, and an audit of your current marketing. You get it in writing and we walk you through it.
Clear scope and price
We agree a fixed-price project or monthly retainer based on the roadmap. No surprises later.
Onboarding and Immersion Day
We spend a full day with you and your team, deep diving your business, services, people, and brand to learn what makes you tick and where growth can be unlocked. We also set up proper tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, and your CRM) from day one.
The work
Brand first where it is needed, then we put our integrated marketing system to work across your website, search, social, paid media, and email. Your strategist stays on the account throughout.
Reporting
You get a regular performance review with your strategist, tied to leads and revenue, plus honest recommendations on what to change.
After launch
Websites move onto a care plan so they stay secure, fast, and current. Ongoing marketing continues on retainer, or we hand the system over to your team with the documentation to run it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long has Madison Taylor been in business?
Madison Taylor was founded in Denver in 2008 and has been building brands and marketing programs for more than 15 years.
Who leads Madison Taylor?
Madison Taylor is led by CEO Natalie Eagling, who works directly with every new client from the first conversation.
Are you an agency or a consultancy?
We are a consultancy that also delivers the work. We start with strategy and a written roadmap, then our in-house team builds and runs it. You get consultancy-grade thinking without handing the execution to someone else. That’s what makes us more than an agency.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mostly family-owned and recently-acquired businesses doing $3 million to $100 million a year in manufacturing, industrial, and traditional services. We also take on work outside that group when it fits how we operate.
Where are you based and what areas do you serve?
We are based in Denver, Colorado, and work with clients across the United States.
Who will I work with day to day?
A senior strategist leads your account from start to finish. There are no account managers in between, just our designers, developers, and channel specialists working behind your strategist.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Retainers run month to month and projects are fixed price, so you are never locked in.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what your business needs. Projects start from $3,500. Larger engagements are scoped after discovery and your growth roadmap, as a fixed-price project or monthly retainer.
Do you work on a pay-for-results basis?
No. Performance-based pricing only works when a tested sales funnel already exists. Without one, the agency carries the risk of the client’s learning. We would rather build the funnel properly and report honestly on what it produces.
Do you only do brand work?
No. Where we can, we start with brand strategy because everything else runs on it. We also handle websites, SEO, paid media, social, email, and tracking.
How do I get started?
